- Turn ON the printer power.
- On the home screen, select Settings Setup.
- Now, select Maintenance and then select Roller cleaning.
- Select Yes once the confirmation screen appears.
- To clean the paper feed roller, select Cassette.
- Remove any paper from the paper source and select OK.
- Ensure that the paper feed roller has stopped rotating. Then, follow the message to load the sheets.
- Select OK and the product starts cleaning.
- When the paper is ejected, cleaning will be complete.
- Now, the completion message will appear. Select OK.
