Q. How long would it take me to print 30 copies of a document or a photo?
A. Epson XP-600 printers can print pages at speeds up to 12 pages per minute for black and white printouts and 9 pages per minute for coloured printouts. It would take you about 3 to 4 minutes to print 30 pages in a print job.
Q. What is the difference between original Epson XP-600 ink cartridges and the compatible ink cartridges for this printer?
A. The only difference between original Epson XP-600 ink cartridges and compatible ones is that, original ink cartridges are manufactured by the same company as the printer. Whereas, compatible ink cartridges are manufactured by third party companies. We assure you that our compatible ink cartridges will work as well as the original ink cartridges with your printer and will provide the same quality output.
Q. Is there way to continue printing when the black Epson XP-600 ink cartridge is almost finished?
A. Yes, when your black ink cartridge is almost out of ink, you will receive a message asking you whether you would like to continue printing by using photo black and other colour. The photo black ink and the coloured inks combine and create black colour to conserve black ink. You can click “Yes” if you want to enable this feature. Click “No” if you do not want to enable this feature for the current print job, or click “Disable this feature” if you do not want to conserve black ink and this message will never be displayed.
Q. What are the different devices I can connect with this printer for printing photos?
A. Epson XP-600 printers come with Wi-Fi support and a memory card and USB interface to connect devices. You can print via SD cards, MultiMedia Cards, Memory Sticks, Apple and Android mobile devices, computers (Windows and Mac OS) and PictBridge enabled cameras.
Q. Do your compatible Epson XP-600 ink cartridges also have a warranty like the original ink cartridges?
A. Yes, all our ink cartridges are warranted to be free from any defects. In case you face a problem with any of our products, please contact us on 048 308332211 or email us on info@printerinkcartridges.ie regarding your issue within 30 days of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist you.
Q. The Epson XP-600 Ink Cartridge you sent to me is correct but why does it look different than the older ones I had the same printer model?
A. First of all, please check that you have ordered the right cartridges that are compatible with your printer. Also, make sure that you are placing the correct cartridge into the correct carriage.
Some compatible cartridges may look slightly different from the originals. All of our cartridges have been thoroughly tested and certified with FSC standard. So, according to us the cartridge you received should work in for your printer. Still, if you have any issues, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Q. What is the best way to store the Epson XP-600 Ink Cartridges?
A. Ideally, the cartridges should be stored in an upright position at room temperature. During the shipping process, it might happen that the cartridges are placed in the wrong position which causes the ink to settle at the opposite end of the cartridge, this might result in printing issues. For optimal performance, before using the Epson XP-600 Ink Cartridges, place it in the upright position for a few hours to allow the ink to move to the bottom of the cartridge. This will let the ink to pass through the sponge, allowing the cartridge to print properly.
Q. How can I solve the paper feeding problem of Epson XP-600?
A. If the paper doesn’t feed correctly, remove the paper and fan the sheets, then reload them and try to print again. Make sure the paper is loaded correctly under the edge guides. Do not load more than the recommended number of sheets. If the paper has jammed, follow the steps on the LCD screen and check the following areas:
- Lift the scanner unit and carefully remove any paper trapped inside
- Remove the paper cassettes, then remove any jammed paper trapped inside
- Remove the auto-duplexer from the back of the printer and check for any jammed paper
- Remove any paper that got stuck in the auto-duplexer and prints a test page to check result
