General Terms and conditions

By Browsing on this website you agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions and privacy policy govern Wholesale Ink Ltd.

Use of website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • All trademarks and logos displaying on the website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
  • Any external links displaying in this website are purely there for further information purposes. We do not endorse the linked website(s) and have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Product Guarantee

In the event that a compatible or remanufactured product is deemed to be faulty we will replace or refund the item from 12 months following the date of purchase

Purchases are also subject to General Terms & Conditions.

Descriptions, prices and product information

We have described each product as accurately as possible. Despite our best efforts there maybe some variations in product descriptions, if so please contact Customer Services on +44(0)28 308 33221 and we will clarify your query.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown for items are correct. If by our own mistake we have not price an item correctly, we will notify you the correct price and you can decide if you want to continue with the order. If you do not wish to continue with order we will refund you in accordance with our refund policy below.

All prices do include VAT.

The price of an item does include the delivery charged, the same delivery charge is applied to delivery.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our control we cannot supply a certain product we will not be liable except to make sure that you are not charged for that product.

Bulk buy policy

Some products may be limited to a maximum number of items.

Payment and acceptance

If you buy a product from Wholesale Ink Ltd you will be charged when the order is placed. After this, you cannot amend the order.

Your order is an offer to buy from us, but the contract is only made when we dispatch the order. At any point up until the despatched order we can refuse to go ahead. If so we will refund you in accordance with our refund policy below.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified in the website order form.

Please note we only deliver to addresses within Rep.Ireland & Northern Ireland.

We use a Third Party to deliver the order. A number of methods are used, depending on the order details. We aim to delivery within 7 days, although we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. If the delivery is going to delayed we will contact you.

A signature will be required with some delivery's, depending on the price of the order. In making an order through the website you are authorizing us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if the order needs to be signed for and you are not present on delivery. For items that do not require a signature you can provided us with details .

Ownership of the product passes to you on delivery. When the product is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.

Cancellation of order

If you order from Wholesale Ink Ltd in error you can return the item unopened up to 7 days following the receipt of the product purchased.

If the order has not been dispatched we will just cancel order and refund payment in accordance with our refund policy below. If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to sign for on delivery (if the product needs to be sign for) and we will refund payment in accordance with our refund policy below. Alternatively, if the order does not need to be signed for you can follow the procedure under 'Non-faulty items' below.

Refund policy

If entitled to a refund, we will refund you as per below:

  • If payment was by payment card, we will refund you on the payment card, if payment was made by PayPal we will refund you by PayPal;
  • We will refund the delivery charge at our discretion. We may refund the postage by credit card or by PayPal

Returns instructions

If you are returning a faulty item or exchanging an item, return it to the address on the Packing slip or invoice. Please return the item by post or courier and we will refund the postage if deemed necessary

Non-faulty items

Please return an item in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components. If an item is returned undamaged in its original and undamaged packaging and fit for re-sale, we will offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy in section 7 above.

If you do not return the item as instructed within 7 days of cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering (or attempting to recover) the item.

If you do not return an item after our reasonable attempts to recover it, you will be deemed to have accepted the item, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price then set out on the Site.

Non Faulty goods which are returned will be subject to a restocking charge, this will vary depending on product.

Return of non faulty goods are subject to the customer paying for the transportation of the items back to ourselves.

Faulty items

If there are any faults or problems with your products plaease call us on 048 3083 3221.

Faulty items need to be returned to Wholesale Ink Ltd, 25 Kilmorey St, Newry, Co Down, BT34 2DF. If the item is proven to be faulty we will give a full refund for the cartridges and the postage incurred by customer for returning item.

We will arrange for the problem to be fixed or a replacement product to be delivered (a replacement product or printer of what we deem to be of a similar standard to that item being replaced and available to you at an online cost sourced by ourselves). We will need proof of a purchase with us in order to to this. Repair turnaround time depends on the product manufacturer. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time.

If the problem has arisen by accident, misuse or negligence, or the warranty period has past, we will not be responsibility. All warranty repairs will be returned to you at the cost of Wholesale Ink Ltd.

Payments

You can pay by Laser Card, American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card, Maestro, Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. When you purchase an items on this website the payment will be hosted by Sage Payments to ensure maximum security of your credit/debit card details.

Our responsibility to you

If Wholesale Ink Ltd is in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will be only be responsible for any losses you have as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the related order. Our liability will not in any case include business losses like lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

This will not limit or affect our liability resulting from any products sold being found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the items.
