In such cases, there might be some trouble with either the Samsung CLX-3305W toner cartridges, nozzle or the printheads. Please try the routine maintenance for the Nozzle check Pattern printing, Print head cleaning or Print head deep cleaning. Follow the steps below and resolve the problem:

Step 1. Confirm the paper and print quality settings. These settings should be selected in accordance with the required printout whether on an image or on a plain paper.

Step 2. Check the status of the toner. Replace the toner cartridge if it has run out.

Step 3. Make sure you have removed all the protective film from the Samsung CLX-3305W toner cartridge and the air hole is exposed if they are installed recently.

Step 4. Print the Nozzle check pattern to check if toner ejects properly from the printhead.

• The original must be loaded properly on the Platen glass. Make sure that the original is loaded with the side to be copied facing down on the platen glass.
• The printout from this machine, when copied the quality of the printout, may be reduced.
