Q. I am looking for a serial number of my Canon Pixma MG2100 printer. What does it look like and where should I find it?
A. The serial number of your Canon Pixma MG2100 printer will be located either at the back of your printer or inside the printer. It will be printed on a white sticker which has bar codes and other information related to the printer. The serial number of your Canon Pixma MG2100 printer will be of 9 digits. It will have 4 alphabets in the beginning followed by 5 numerical values. First check the back of your printer for the white sticker. It may be present at either left or right side. If it is not present there then you inspect the inside of the printer. If the white sticker is present in the interior of the printer then you will have to check if the sticker if clean and does not have ink stains on it. If there are ink stains on the sticker then remove these marks using a clean cotton cloth. If the marks do not go by the cotton cloth the dampen it a bit and very carefully and gently rub off the ink marks.
