Because if you miss this step, the machine will detect a 3.5mm tape cassette as the 6mm one resulting in misalignment of the printed text. Hence, please set the tape margins first with the procedure mentioned below:

• Open the P-Touch editor
• Set the tape width to 6mm from the pull-down menu if you have not selected yet
