Return Policy

At Printer Ink Cartridges we are committed to selling high-quality inkjet and laser toner cartridges with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you receive your delivery please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. Please retain your invoice or delivery note as you may need it in the event of any after-sales queries.

If you have a problem with one of our products or wish to arrange a return please contact us by telephone on 048 30833221 or email us on [email protected]. Please have your invoice number and order details ready. We will explain how to return the item(s) to us, let you know whether we will require any documentation (print test, diagnostic report etc) and provide you with your Returns authorization.

Returning a Faulty Item

If an item fails to operate within 30 days of purchase simply contact us as detailed above. We'll give you a replacement or a refund once the item has been returned to us and tested.

Returning Non Faulty Items

If you wish to return an item which is not faulty, e.g. you have ordered the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase as detailed above. All non-faulty items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We'll exchange the item or give you a refund by placing a credit on your account. Please note, all such returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately giving details of the damage incurred to the parcel. It may help to take a digital photo if this is possible. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Short Delivery

In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform us within 24hrs of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time. Please telephone us on 048 30833221 or email us on [email protected]
