How to check print quality of the Brother DCP 350C printer?

• Press the ink management option
• Press up or down arrow key to choose the test print. Then, press the OK button
• Press up or down option and select the print quality of the printer. Then, press OK
• Press the colour start, your machine will begin printing on the print quality check sheet
• Check the quality of the four colour blocks
• Do one of the following:
  • If all lines to be used for printing are clear and visible, then press the plus button to select Yes option and go directly to step no. 10
  • If you see missing of short lines on the printout, press the minus button to select No option
• The message will get printed on the LCD screen to ask you if the print quality is OK for black and other three colours. Select yes or no as per your choice
• The LCD will prompt you if you want to start cleaning. Press Yes and the machine will start cleaning the printheads
• As the cleaning process is finished after that press the Colour start button. The machine starts printing the Print Quality Check Sheet again and then returns to step 5
• Press on stop or exit button if the process is completed

If you do this procedure for at least five times and the print quality is still not up to the mark, replace the Brother DCP 350C Ink Cartridges for the clogged colour. After replacing the ink cartridge, check the print quality of the document. If the problem still exists, repeat the cleaning and test print procedures at least five times for the new Brother DCP 350C Ink Cartridge.
