A. Initially, connect your printer to the Mac using the connection cable and the power ON. In general, the Mac automatically detects the printer and prompt you to download and install the printer software. Follow the instruction to complete the installation. If in case no popup notification appears, then follow these steps to install the printer: Click Apple icon >System Preferences > Print and Scan / Printers & Scanners.
