What to do if the Samsung SCX-3400 printer prints but the printouts are blank?

When the Samsung SCX laser printer begins to print blank pages, it usually means that the Samsung SCX-3400 toner cartridge is running out, is defective, needs replacement or one or more components within your printer are faulty.

Step 1: Document Issue
It's possible the problem is not within your printer but with the document you are trying to send to the device. Check the document and delete the blank pages to resolve the printing problem before troubleshooting your printer.

Step 2: Sealing Tape Issue

• If you have recently replaced the Samsung SCX-3400 toner cartridge and is printing blank pages, remove the cartridge and make sure you have removed the sealing tape inserted into the cartridge. The sealing tape keeps toner from escaping the cartridge while within its packaging.
• Open your printer’s front cover, pull the toner cartridge out and get the sealing tape out of the cartridge to resolve the printing issue.
• Reinstall the cartridge and resend the document you were trying to print.
