Step 1. Select paper type as plain paper.

Step 2. Quality should be standard.

Step 3. Enable the Epson Status Monitor 3 feature, a dialogue box will appear. Choose the option as per your need

• Select “Yes” to use the mixture of colour inks to make the black ink. This window will appear the next time when you print the same job.
• Choose “No” to continue with the remaining black ink and not to use colour ink to conserve the blank.
• Select Disable this feature to currently disable the feature. The message will not be displayed until the black Epson XP-720 ink cartridge is replaced and runs low again.
