How to resolve the paper jam issue inside the paper tray?

If the paper gets stuck inside the machine and the touchscreen shows paper jam, follow the steps below to clean the jammed paper:

• Leave the machine turned on for about 10 minutes for the internal fan to cool the extremely hot parts present inside the machine.
• Open the top cover of the machine until it locks in the open position.
• Remove the drum unit assemblies and the 4 cartridges that are Brother TN241B toner, Brother TN241C toner, Brother TN241M toner, and Brother TN241Y toner
  Note: It is highly recommended to place the toner cartridge and drum unit assemblies on a clean, flat surface with the disposable paper underneath them in case you accidentally spill or scatter toner. To prevent any damage from static electricity to the machine, do not touch the electrodes.
• Slowly pull out the jammed paper from the machine.
• Slide the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly into the machine, and make sure you match up the toner cartridge colours (Brother TN241B toner, Brother TN241C toner, Brother TN241M toner, and Brother TN241Y toner) to the same colour labels present on the machine.
• Close the top cover of the machine and test printing a document.
