If you are experiencing problems with a cartridge and it is not printing correctly or is faulty we will replace or refund the item without hesitation. We will provide full support with your printing issue and maybe able to resolve any issues with phone support. If not we will offer the choice of replacement cartridges or a full refund.

Replacing Faulty Cartridges

We can send out a replacement cartridge to you within 1 to 2 days and arrange to collect the faulty cartridge. We will pay for the delivery costs for sending the replacement and collecting faulty items making it hassle free for you.

Cartridge Refunds

If you prefer a refund for faulty cartridges your account will be credited the full amount within 2 to 3 days and we will arrange collection of faulty goods. 

This product Warranty will be valid for 12 months following the date of purchase.
