Q. How to clean Brother LC3219XL cyan ink cartridge printhead nozzle? I use a Brother MFC-J6530DW printer.
A. If you require to clean your cyan LC3219XL cartridge we are presuming that you are facing a print quality issue. In such a case, your Brother printer touchscreen will help you with the instructions on how to clean the cartridge printhead. You can start this operation by pressing on the ink cartridge icon on the touchscreen. Next, press on the ‘Improve Ink Quality’ option and then ‘Check Print Quality’ option. Alternatively, you can also press ‘Setting’ > ‘Maintenance’ > ‘Improve Print Quality’ > ‘Check Print Quality.’
After cleaning the printhead, if the print quality doesn’t improve, try replacing the cartridge that is causing the problem. If this doesn’t help, please contact Brother support for further assistance.
Q. I have an empty pack of a cyan LC3219XL ink cartridge that I want to get refilled. Do you provide refill service?
A. Sorry. We do not provide any service for refilling empty cartridges. We supply compatible consumables and remanufactured ones. The former is a brand new product manufactured from scratch to match OEM standards. While the latter is recycled products that use the shells of empty OEM cartridges and fill it with fresh ink.
